Body Reflections

We are all connected whereby we build an integration to our Sankalpa (a vow or determination to integrate mind and body)

Other than the obvious mental and physical bodies, there are other bodies of substantial nature.
The first one is the causal body - It is the place where the seed resides before blossoming.
It represents the DNA’s origin with the deepest subconscious and it is the body of belief systems (Samskaras).
Secondly is the emotional body which depicts the synthesis of the soul where transformation turns into manifestation.

Our feelings and emotions are closely connected to our bodies, and they can range from pleasurable to traumatic.
Tapping into both can be confounding but also opens into the wisdom of the body.
By listening to the devalued parts of the body, that point of human contact reveals a feeling.

It is a vulnerable process to find out what is pleasurable in our own bodies. Unfortunately, most of us are not taught about what is pleasurable in our bodies, which can make its expression a vulnerable process.

Trauma is stuck to the body like a bone stuck in as it has built a wall of fear inside.
Fear does not go away unless it is proved to the subconscious that another reality exists as well.

The body keeps a score of everything that has happened to it so the risk of being triggered through somatic in relation to space is always there. There is scope for a lot to come up: risk of something coming up and not feeling pleasurable.
That is why respecting each other’s boundaries is crucial.

Most important is the heart Body - which denotes the sea of love, joy, intimacy and devotion.
By giving awareness and bolstering those qualities, one can show up for oneself and others as one has the gift to do so.

Considering that, let us ask ourselves: “How can we serve and deepen that aspect of ourselves ?”
